Terms & Conditions

  1. Privacy Policy

    1. Upon placing an order for a bespoke suit, customers provide personal information, which is solely collected for the purpose of processing and fulfilling the order. This information includes, but is not limited to, measurements and contact details necessary for tailoring your suit to your specific preferences. We place a high priority on data privacy and assure customers that their personal information will be treated confidentially and will never be sold or disclosed to third parties without explicit consent.
    2. In accordance with Hong Kong law, customers have the right to access their profiles and may request amendments to their personal information at any time. Our company implements stringent measures to protect all personal data from unauthorized access and potential misuse. This includes safeguarding against harassment or any violations of privacy, whether in ecommerce transactions or in offline/online purchasing situations. Customers can trust that their information is handled with care, and we remain committed to maintaining the security and confidentiality of all personal data submitted.
  2. Refund and Payment Policy

    1. All bespoke suits are classified as non-refundable following the confirmation of the order. To facilitate the purchasing process, we require a deposit of 50% of the total order value at the time of order confirmation. The remaining balance of 50% is due upon delivery of the finished suit, unless otherwise specified in the quotation or invoice.
    2. Invoices are payable within 7 working days, unless another payment timeframe is indicated on either the invoice or the order. In the event of non-payment by the due date, Per Suit reserves the right to request a fixed interest payment amounting to 2% per month on the outstanding balance for any invoices overdue by more than sixty (60) days. Furthermore, Per Suit retains the authority to suspend any provision of services without prior warning due to delayed payments. If a payment remains outstanding after the sixty-day period, Per Suit reserves the right to engage a debt recovery company; all related legal expenses will be the responsibility of the client.
    3. Clients are also advised that certain countries impose withholding at source on invoices as per their local legislation. Any such withholding must be settled by the client with the tax authorities. Under no circumstances shall Per Suit be liable for costs relating to the legal requirements of the client’s country. The total amount of the invoice remains due to Per Suit in full, independent of any additional costs imposed by the client's local regulations. By placing an order, clients acknowledge and accept these terms.
  3. Care and Responsibility for Garments

    1. Bespoke garments are crafted with premium materials and require specific care to maintain their quality and longevity. Customers are strongly advised to adhere to the provided washing and care instructions to ensure the proper maintenance of their suits. The company cannot be held liable for damages resulting from improper handling, wear and tear, or neglect of care guidelines after the purchase.
    2. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, customers accept full responsibility for the care and upkeep of their bespoke suits. We will do our utmost to deliver high-quality products within agreed timeframes; however, none of our obligations can be interpreted as guarantees of results. Clients may not require Per Suit to be involved in any claims for damages filed against them by end consumers.
    3. Any claims regarding the goods or services provided must be communicated to Per Suit within eight (8) days of delivery, via a recorded delivery letter sent to our registered office. Our contractual relations will be governed exclusively by Hong Kong law. By placing an order, the client explicitly waives its own standard terms and conditions, even if these differ from those outlined herein. Any deviations from these terms must be expressly agreed to in writing prior to the transaction.
